June
Aless MC
Alessandra McGovern, aka Aless MC , lives and
works in the Montreal area as an illustrator and graphic designer. Holding a bachelor's degree in graphic design from the Université du Québec à Montréal, she combines design, illustration, and visual art, which allows her to work on several types of projects, including wall art, editorial illustration, and children's literature. Since her beginnings, she has developed a personal practice alongside her commercial work in order to enrich her entire body of work through the mutual influence of these two spheres of activity.

Samuel Fortin
Samuel Fortin is a designer from
Rimouski. Since high school, his notebooks have served him as much for doing exercises as for filling the margins with drawings. After studying science at CEGEP, he turned to tattooing to fuel his creativity. This means of expression quickly became a passion, which he still practices today. Three years later, he has refined an instinctive, colorful, and naive style, often tinged with humor. Settling in Montreal, he obtained a bachelor's degree in graphic design from UQAM. It was there that a deep conviction was born: drawing can be much more than just a passion.

Romane MB
After studying graphic design,
Romane Minner-Barrette—aka Romane MB —has dedicated herself to creating screen-printed sweaters for the brand Toujours Correct, which she co-founded with her sister BĂ©atrice. Alongside screen printing, Romane pursues an artistic practice in illustration and animation projects for various clients. Since 2019, she has also managed a studio that welcomes several artists with diverse backgrounds, encouraging encounters and collective creation. In her work, she explores different materials, such as oil pastels, papier-mĂ¢chĂ©, and acrylic, which she also uses to create animations. She works instinctively, a bit of a jack-of-all-trades, often exploring what is raw, fresh, and alive.

Gabriel Sabourin
Born in Montreal, Gabriel Sabourin developed a passion for drawing from a young age. The black line with which he sketched "flexible" characters and sandwich factories would remain a prominent feature of his illustrations. His training in graphic design solidified his interest in narrative illustration, which he explored professionally during the calm of the pandemic. He sought to express the confusion and comforts of everyday life through absurd humor. Anthropomorphic objects, unusual beings, and plays on perspective materialize his visual universe.
