Animation Film Club — March 6

Friday, March 6, from 7 to 9 p.m.

In collaboration with the Knowlton Film Festival, LEPORELLO invites families to an animated movie night, complete with pajamas, popcorn, and hot chocolate. Come see the screening of Sirocco, Le royaume des courants d’air (Sirocco and the Kingdom of Winds), a French-Belgian animated film directed by Benoît Chieux. It is a magical and poetic film, intended primarily for young audiences.

Juliette and Carmen, two intrepid sisters aged 4 and 8, discover a secret passage to Le royaume des courants d’air, their favorite book. Transformed into cats and separated from each other, they will have to show courage and daring to find each other again. This film, with its great beauty, astonishing inventiveness, and boundless imagination, is sure to dazzle you.
