PETALS AND PIPS
PETALS AND PIPS
After a breakup, Flora, a young woman of Quebecois and Vietnamese descent, must continue her daily life despite the pain. This separation leads her to question herself and rethink her needs. What starts as a classic story of separation and encounters on social media becomes a quest for identity, addressing notions of intimacy and sexuality as much as the reality of being a child of immigrant parents.
Floramaille offers us a refreshingly original debut work, overflowing with humor, as sensitive as it is absurd, brilliantly and originally addressing various contemporary issues as well as the banality that makes up life.
