Born in Rome and raised in Perth, Felicita Sala is a self-taught illustrator now internationally recognized. Her work has been repeatedly praised by The New York Times, which selected her albums among the ten best illustrated books of the year in 2018 and 2023. Winner of the Premio Andersen in Italy in 2020 and a gold medal from the Society of Illustrators in New York in 2023, she is also the author of "Lunch at 10 Pomegranate Street", translated into more than 18 languages. She lives and works in Rome.
