"The Sitting Gorilla" is a cement sculpture by Montreal artist Laurence Vallières. Size 14 × 15 cm. The sculpture comes with a certificate of authenticity and biodegradable packaging.

Laurence Vallières (born 1986 in Quebec City) is a Quebec visual artist whose practice is rooted in sculpture and plastic arts. Trained in ceramics at Concordia University, she quickly developed a unique artistic language inspired by street art. Using cardboard, a simple and accessible material, she creates large-format works that have been presented around the world, from America to Europe and Asia. Her work is distinguished by its ability to transform modest materials into powerful and recognizable sculptures, exhibited internationally.
