HILMA'S DIARY

"I love our island so much that I drew it in the shape of a heart. I love its white church surrounded by red cottages, its apple orchards, its forest. In front of our manor, there's a standing stone with Viking inscriptions."
This is the imaginary and moving diary of a budding artist, Hilma af Klint (1862-1944), a pioneer of abstraction, who is being rediscovered today.
