THE TIME OF CAPTAIN BRETT

Hyeronimus Perthuis is entrusted by his parents to a whimsical and absent-minded uncle for the summer. Bored, he explores the unfamiliar city, but the boy is captured by a crew of criminal pirates led by the mysterious Captain Brett. He is then unwittingly drawn into a chase with the police, and eventually discovers the pirates' underground hideout and treasure.
