TO SETTLE IN THE MOUNTAINS

To go up into the mountains is to climb like an ibex, to listen to the sound glaciers make as summer approaches, to nibble on blueberries picked along the way, to lie down in the grass. But it's also to decide to leave, to risk getting lost, and to sometimes feel tiny.
