Arizona O’Neill's hand-painted illustration on a vase created by Montreal ceramicist Ronald Pothier. This vase is part of a collection of 20 pieces illustrated by 19 great names in illustration.
Arizona O’Neill is a Montreal-based illustrator and author. She has created original videos for CBC's Creator Network and for artists such as Laurence Philomène and Patrick Watson. Her illustrations fill the window of Drawn & Quarterly bookstore in Montreal's Mile End each month. Her book of illustrated graphic interviews with famous and controversial Quebec artists, entitled Can an Artist Be Happy?, was published in November 2022. Arizona O’Neill is currently working on a graphic memoir whose three main characters will argue over issues of grief, addiction, and organ donation.
