Juli Delporte is a multidisciplinary author and artist born in France in 1983. She now lives in Tiohtiá:ke/Montreal. She is the author of several graphic novels, including Journal, Moi aussi je voudrais l’emporter, and Corps vivante. She has also published two children's picture books, Je suis un raton laveur and Grandes oreilles, and a book of poems illustrated with etchings, Décroissance sexuelle.
She occasionally writes literary essays, creates illustrations for various magazines and publishing houses, and collaborates on collective publications. Alongside all this, Juli Delporte explores different printing techniques (screen printing, risography and engraving), creates fanzines, gives creative workshops and makes ceramic pieces.
